Admit it. When you are upset or not satisfied about something, you drag yourself deeper into that dark side of you. In fact, you aren’t supposed to have that dark side inside. You create it and it gets bigger and scarier and harder to get out of the more you spend time indulging in it. You heard this before: Negativity feeds on negativity. If you understand this, then why do you keep dragging yourself into it? Free yourself from those thoughts. Stop thinking that something is impossible and continue to chase after it. That’s hilarious, really. Nothing is impossible. Instead, what makes something impossible is how you think of it as one.
By thinking in such negative ways is only going to lock yourself up. Stop doing that before it’s too late. What you think is what you get.
It’s not hard. Once you get out of that negative thinking process, anything is possible. It’s all about your way of thinking about things. But to get out of that phase is to believe that you can do it. Happiness is in there. Let it out. Don’t hurt yourself like that. You deserve to be free.
